Watermelon Cooler

This healthy watermelon cooler is so refreshing on a warm summer day. For best results - use a seedless watermelon and refrigerate your ingredients ahead of time.  

Makes: 1 serving 

What You'll Need: 

  • 2 cups organic seedless watermelon

  • 1/2 cup organic cucumber

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice

  • 1 fresh mint leaf

To Make: 

Scoop 2 cups of organic seedless watermelon into your blender. Add 1/2 cup organic cucumber, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice and 1 fresh mint leaf and blend until smooth.
